College Readiness Academy

Summer Session

The College Readiness Academy prepares high school students for academic and workplace success. Learners exercise academic skills such as critical thinking and writing, textual interpretation, and discussion within a community of inquiry.

College and Career Readiness Bootcamp

This Academy will provide enrichment activities designed to prepare high school students with the skills they will need to smoothly transition to college or the workplace after they graduate from high school. Students will develop skills in choosing a career path, goal setting, time management, study skills, public speaking, test taking, critical thinking, problem-solving, and more. Students in this academy will create vision boards that they will share with their families and friends on the last day.

  • Monday – Friday, July 29, 2024 to August 2, 2024
  • 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Lunch is provided)
  • Grades 9 – 12
  • Registration Fee: $75
  • Capacity: 20 students
  • Location: ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Campus


Note: Any student attending this academy who will be driving themselves to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ must have a parent/guardian submit an email to the Program Coordinator authorizing their permission for this action. The parent must obtain a ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ parking permit at:
